From the moment we started our work in 2022, we understood that by working together we could overcome our challenges much more efficiently, and that is why we ultimately decided to launch A&M Health Limited. AGA WASKIEWICZ
Words cannot describe the role that Aga has had in ensuring that A&M Health always stays on track. Aga, co-director of the company alongside her full-time position, is a Chief Executive Officer at A&M Health. She graduated in finance and accounting.
Aga looks after payroll, invoices, expenses, and spreadsheets on a daily basis.
MAT WASKIEWICZ
Experienced, trustworthy and driven. These are just a few of the ways that coworkers describe this invaluable member of our team. Mat is truly inspirational and makes it a pleasure to come to work. As a Clinical Executive Director, oversees all matters related to the patient's health and medical innovations. On a daily basis, Mat still practices his profession, which is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH
A&M Health is dedicated to putting our UK patients first. Our Community Outreach program provides a much-needed service for those in dire need 24/7. This programe provides an Advanced Clinical Practitioner for you, wherever you need, including: General Practice, Urgent Care Centre, Walk-in Centre, NHS111, Out of Hours, Prison and Police Custody. We work on SystmOne, EMIS, Vision and Adastra.
PRIVATE PRESCRIPTIONS
The Private Prescription Service (PPS) give you an acces for a Healthcare Professional, usually Advanced Clinical Practitioner 24/7. PPS is 100% safe, accurate and compliant with NHS and CKS Guidelines. It is not only a private prescription but also a private consultation. You can book an appointment with Healthcare Practitioner 24/7 for the private prescription and you will be contacted for the consultation prior to medication need.
HEALTH ADVICE SERVICE
Are you first time in the situation where you do not know what to do with your health problem or how NHS work? We are here to help you 24/7. Health Advice Service (HAS) is design to those who had never been in a case where you don't know where to go or what to do with your health problem. This program lead to a very simple pathway and give you quick direction.
HOME VISIT
Through our ideas, we have the potential to make real and positive change to our clients. This is one of our key areas of focus here at A&M Health, and a source of much success for our Health Organization. Home Visit (HV) is the future of A&M! Through this service you will be able to book a visit to your door by Healthcare Professional. If you need a dressing change, injection, suture removal - this is an option.

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and our Partnership initiative helps A&M Health ensure that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in.
Currently, we work closely with: Winlight Recruitment, Aqua Healthcare, East London NHS Foundation Trust, Practice Plus Group, DrPa Secure and Medloop.

Patient care and satisfaction is our passion, which is why we constantly develop our service and nursing care will definitely help us in this.
What does nursing care include?
1. Dressing/wound care: one-off or regular care of your wounds or ulcers
2. Compression dressings
3. Catheterisation and care
4. Minor wound closure and sutures/staples removal
